A health coach is your personal health cheerleader, guide and partner. They help you implement lifestyle changes to improve your physical and Mental health.

Functional training is a rehabilitation technique focused on restoring strength and proper function of the musculoskeletal system with the goal of helping patients perform their everyday activities more easily.

Cedar Oaks Clinic is excited to be able to offer the services of Tyler Royal who received a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2017 with a double major in Exercise Science and Communication. Tyler went on to receive certifications from NASM, ACE, and Original Strength.

The ACE Health Coach Certification is the only health coach certification accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA), considered the gold standard in health and fitness.

  • A positive health regime can favorably impact your attitude and outlook and your ability to cope with the stressors of life
  • Tyler is a powerful motivator and will partner with you to guide you to a healthier and happier life.
