What does Cedar Oaks Clinic Offer?

Cedar Oaks Clinic offers an Innovative and Integrative approach to Mental Health Services using the Cedar Oaks Model of Care.

What does that mean? 

Cedar Oaks will work with you to develop an individualized therapeutic treatment plan and to provide person centered care in order to  promote the best outcomes. The goal is to plan care that will lead to stability and confidence for each person we see. Very often, a combination of medication, therapy, life coaching, social/ coping skills can deliver the best outcome. We offer a collaborative whole team approach.

Cedar Oaks Clinic will offer one or a combination of services as follows:

Medication Management

Our Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners are trained, Licensed and Board Certified to provide psychiatric care for patients with mental illness including diagnosis, medication management, case management, therapy and education. They are experts in identifying your individual challenges and what medication and/or services would likely deliver the best outcome for you.

Therapy

This is a very broad term for the treatment of psychological problems and can cover multiple specialized skills. Our team offers  a range of specialized therapies including the following:

Crisis Services

Always contact the Cedar Oaks Team with any concerns or questions. In an emergency, or if you are unable to contact us, listed below are some additional helplines and advocacy services. These are run by different organizations.  They are free services that you can use for talk or text support in an emotional crisis. For a medical emergency always call 988.
